The first digital news publication with daily content, designed for the iPad. In the end of 2010 I began working at The Daily and I played a vital role in helping launch the app. We engage over 100,000 readers with uniquely designed news coverage 365 days a year.

We needed numerous template styles so that our articles looked different. This was especially hard to do because we publish a large amount of articles every day. I was constantly designing new templates that were able to combine accurate word counts, proper photo placement, and reflect the Daily's style guidelines.

The Daily was hired exclusively by the NFL to create the official NFL app for the Superbowl. We had a short time frame of only 2 weeks to prepare an app that featured season recaps for both teams, highlight videos, and Super Bowl coverage.

The College Bowl Guide covers all 35 Bowl Games with breakdowns, tons of photos, interactive content, and video footage. Working within the sports team I helped design and produce this free satellite app. It was a great marketing tool and overall became a huge success.

The Pro Football Guide was an overview of what to expect this season from the NFL. This was the first satellite app that I worked on. I helped design and produce this app working closely with my Art Director, other Designers, and the Sports Editors. It was an intense team effort to get all these pages completed and done in time for the beginning of the NFL season. The app had tons of interactive content and featured three pages of information per team.
